Playing with Infrared Thermography and Laser Cut wood projects

SVEC booth at Maker Faire where you can view your heat signature with an infrared camera and also put together simple wood laser cut projects.

There are two parts to our booth.  We bring a FLIR IR camera and display monitor so passerby play games with observing temperature of themselves holding various iced and warm substances or objects.    In addition we bring a laser cutter on which attendees can observe the cutting process.  The cut parts are given out as an easily assembled kit for a kids project.  We cut and helped kids assemble a simple wood plane project for kids to take home for free
