The meeting was called to order by Dave Licata.
The following motion was made, seconded, discussed and passed:
To join the American Electronics Association (AeA), for a one year period, and allocate $900 dues subject to raising the funds to cover this expenditure.
Larry Bethel took the action item to contact the professional societies to offer display space at the banquet.
Rendee Dore took the action item to set up a meeting date to finalize the registration process for the banquet.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM.
