Spam the societies

Request for logistics support - Thursday night prior to the banquet for name tags and other prep, Friday for coordinating and filling in the gaps.

Dave presented a concept for how the ASM and other societies with SVEC could cooperate for offering a collection of 1-day seminars that would benefit the engineering community.  This was the introduction to the concept, further discussions will take place in the future.

The establishing of a community pool at the Fremont High School in Sunnyvale was presented by the "Friends", future discussions are planned.
