Attendance: Felicita Saiez, Seth Bates, Roger Engstrom, Ed Kaminski, Gano Chatterji, Steve Kang, Winncy Du.
1. Meeting started at 12:15 P.M.
2. Reviewed the last meeting minutes, made some addition. PASS
3. Budget by Ed, attendees went through the itemized budget report including open house, awards, membership fees, etc.
4. Banquet report by Gano. 9 tables was ordered so far. 20 tables are needed to make even. Contact results from the potential banquet sponsors. Scholarship sponsor, flyer print cost, etc.
5. Seth suggests everyone to encourage students to apply for SVEC scholarships.
6. Meeting was adjourned at 1:30 PM.
