ASME SCVS is the professional section in the Silicon Valley. We are happy to work with the ASME student section at San Jose State University and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) to guide you in your career pathway.
Refreshments and snacks will be served at the beginning of the event, and pizza from Sammy G’s will be served at the end.

Rupali Deshpande is a Technology enthusiast with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from India. She played a crucial role in developing the Graphics and Compute ecosystem when she was part of the Nvidia India team. She has published several technical papers and presented at National and International conferences. She also holds an MBA from HULT International Business School, San Francisco. Her experience in tech varies from regional to global roles like Solutions Architect, Product Manager, and Business Manager across industries like Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Oil &gas.
She believes in empowering future generations through education and technology. Outside work, she engages with students and young professionals in technology talks. She is a startup mentor and also holds a deep interest in Psychology.
